Multi-Media Inserts
This new feature in Question Design and Edit Test Setup makes it
possible to include sound, movies, graphics, and outside links to
instructional materials in every test. There is now a Multi-Media button on
each of these pages that gives detailed instructions on how to add multi-media
features.

Test Length Display Options
This new
feature lets you set in Advanced Features the number of questions to be
displayed on the screen at one time. It also lets you display questions by
Category together.

Display Test Answers
This new
feature on the Question List page lets you display a list of the test
questions and their answers for quick reference and checking. It is an
abbreviation of the Test Summary option.

New Animations and Sound Files
The drop-down
menus for the Animations and Sound Files have a number of new
entries. All the .wav files were replaced with new ones. The default
animations for the Results Pages were also changed to include the new
animations.

Combined Totals for Group Tracking Records
This new
feature adds "Combined Totals" to the Group Tracking Records in
Records and Reports when listing by Test.

Delete Specific Tests from a Student's Record
This new feature makes it possible in Student Administration > Tracking &
Transcripts to select a student and then delete a specific test from his
personal record.

Create Test from Template
This new
feature on the Question List page lets you create a new test using the
current test as a template. With some exceptions, all the setup options,
including Advanced Features and Results Pages are identical .
But no questions from the current test are added.

Restrict Student Access by Linking Tests
This new feature in Advanced Features makes it possible so that a
student must take tests in a designated order. Every test can be linked to
another specified test. A student cannot take the current test until he or she
has a passing score on the selected test.

This new
feature makes it possible to access all the Records and Reports in the
Test Administration section plus Student Transcripts and Group
Profile Analysis from Student Administration.

Academic Olympic Games
This new
features makes it possible to turn any RoboTutor Test into a game for students
to play. No student records are kept. Competitions are with 2 to 8 students on
a single terminal. Five sets of graphics have been added so there are now 5
games in the program.

Support for ASPMail
This new
feature makes it possible to use ASPMail for emailing results back. The
program uses CDONTS by default, but some servers do not support CDONTS and
another option was needed.

Custom Field Names
This new
feature makes it possible to assign the Student, Password / ID, and
Options 1-3 in the test drop-down menus any name the user prefers. A
simple change is made in default_settings.asp and then it is changed in all
files in the program.

Certification Programs
This feature
has been redesigned so that new Certification Programs can be created
and edited from Student Administration. It also now supports entering grades
for entire classes at one time as well as reports that show how an entire
class is doing on a specific Certification Program.

Menu Graphics
All the main
menu graphics in the program have been redesigned in new colors and added
interactivity. Tab graphics have been added to the Help menus.

Files
All the Help files have been redesigned to include header Tabs and more easily
accessible.

Student Registration
This new feature makes it possible to register student for specific
Certification Programs (Courses). When they click Access My Records,
they get a report only on the courses for which they are registered.

Certificate Results Page
This page has been enhanced with new features that make it possible to display
the questions missed with correct answers or tutorial comments when students
fail the test.

Sorting Codes Auto Entry
This new feature makes it possible to automatically enter sorting codes when
students take tests. The code can be added to the Address or requested on the
student Log-In page.
